  • If you haven’t worked with us before, you will be sent an ‘Introduction to Elliott People’ pack on go ahead to your first piece of work. This includes information on:
    • Your team
    • How we will work with you
    • Our ‘ Non disclosure of information’ agreement
    • Our payment and invoicing terms.
  • Once you have agreed any proposal, you will be sent a ‘Confirmation of project’ note. This will include:
    • The objectives of the project
    • The deliverables
    • The key actions
    • The timing plan with key milestones.
  • We will ask you to sign this off so it is totally clear to all parties what we expect to achieve by when.
  • You will receive minutes of all meetings within 24 hours.
  • You will receive a status report every Monday which will detail what was achieved last week and what will be achieved next week. You will also receive a monthly status report which will detail our progress against the timing plan.
  • All phone calls and emails from you will be answered in 24 hours but in most cases it will be much sooner than that.
  • We will speak to you personally once a week to ensure you are happy with what we are doing. From your perspective, if any part of the project is not going to plan or you are unhappy in any way, then we need to know immediately so we can put things right.
  • Any conversations with you which entail action on our behalf will be confirmed by email.
  • We will write briefs for your approval to any external suppliers eg designers, printers, web agencies. We will not go ahead with any work with external suppliers until you have approved the brief and the final costs.

  • Any changes to the project brief will be discussed with you. If these are substantial, we will discuss and agree any changes to timing or costs with you before progressing.
  • We will send you a project review form at the end of any project which will appraise our delivery of the project.
